Open plan living room and kitchen

The brief here was to transform an all-white space through the use of colour and texture, whilst at the same time being conscious of the ultimate plans to use the space as accommodation for a high end holistic & well being retreat in North London.

And whilst the colours were a major player in the design, the various pieces chosen also had to work hard from a practical point of view due to the nature of a rental space, as well as hint at the holistic purpose of the retreat by incorporating designs and materials that were felt to reflect the natural environment. Hence using linen, wool. cotton, wood and marble as the main materials and surfaces throughout.

The whole space feels both grounding yet inspiring at the same time, and I feel this was achieved through the use of both colour and materiality.
